:: Unauthorized website
:: Un reciprocate website (Our link should be active in your website)
:: Black Listed Website
:: If any Data is unclear/invalid (Your Name, E-mail, Web URL, etc)
:: Website with too much pop-ups.
:: Website with too many advertisements
:: Without Link exchange service

TOUR CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled are subjected to a cancellation charge as follows.
:: Within 21 days 10% of the rate
:: Within 14 days 15% of the rate
:: Within 7 days 30% of the rate
:: Less than 7 days 50% of the rate
:: After arrival in Bhutan 100%

TRAVEL INSURANCE
There is no personal insurance of any kind included in the tour price, so Travel insurance should be obtained from your place of residence in advance of your trip. Travel agents in Bhutan will not hold any liability for illness, injury or death sustained during your trip.

TOUR PROGRAM CONFIRMATION
A program is considered to be CONFIRMED only if and when:
:: Full detail of the program is accepted - including daily rates, number of nights and entry and exit points.
:: All particulars are submitted to us - such as passport details, different forms required for a given category of visit.
:: Full payment for tour and Druk Air Fare are remitted - as per procedure.
