Arrive Paro:
Day1. Arrive Paro Air Port, you will be meet by
Bhutan Men-Lha Adventures and Travelers and escort
you to the Hotel in Paro. Evening leisure and O/N
hotel in Paro.
Paro – Sightseeing
Day2. Visit Paro Dzong built in 1646, by the Lama
Zhanbdrung Ngawang Namgyal. Lunch in town and drive
to North direction about 15km to visit the ruin of
the Drugyal Dzong built in 1649 to commemorate the
victory over Tibetan Invaders. On the way back visit
an oldest monastery built in 659AD by the Tibetan
King Songtsen Geombo to Spread the Buddhism. O/N
hotel in Paro.
Paro – Sightseeing.
Day3. One full day Taktshang Monastery Hike, this is
one of the most scared religious sites in the
country. This monastery is built on the cliff above
the paro valley with (700m). This site is founded by
the Precious master in the 8th century and built in
1692. later in 1998 it was seriously damage by the
fire and renovated. It is 5hour hike. You can also
spend one whole day visiting near by monastery in
this area.

Paro – Thimphu
Day4. Drive to Thimphu, en route walk on the motor
road for 1hour and continue to drive to Thimphu. O/N
hotel in Thimphu.
Thimphu – Sightseeing:
Day5 Morning after your breakfast walk to the
Memorial Chorten, visit Chorten built in the memory
of 3rd King. Continue your tour to Textile Museum,
Folk Heritage Museum, Painting School and Indigenous
Hospital. Evening Leisure and O/N hotel in Thimphu.
Thimphu – Punakha
Day6. Drive to Punakha, if the day is clear you will
see the snow capped eastern Himalayan peaks. Start
walking on the Motor road taking a time to witness
different type of birds and vegetation. This is a
very good place for bird watching and it is also
famous place for the Orchid.

Punakha – Sightseeing
Day7. Mornings after your breakfast walk to the
north direction and visit Punakha Dzong built in
1637. A former capital, this dzong is built in
between two rivers. It was seriously damage by the
flood in 1995. After lunch drive back and hike to
Chimi Lhakhang, built on the lock hill in 15th
century.

Punkha – Thimphu
Day8. Morning visit Punakha Dzong and Chimilhakhang,
have lunch and continue your drive to Thimphu. O/N
at hotel in Thimphu.
Thimphu – Phuntsholing.
Day9. Drive to Phuntsholing after the breakfast.
Visit Simtokha Dzong and continue you drive and
lunch en route. The road was built in 1961 by the
Dantak, an Indian Dorber Roads Organization. Just
before arriving Phuntsholing we will stop to visit
Kharbandi Monastery built in 1967, this monastery
was built by the Royal Grand Queen mother. It houses
the large status of Buddha Sakyamuni, Zhanbdrung
Ngawang Namgyal and Guru Rinpoche (precious Master).

Phuntsholing – Siliguri/Bagdogra/Sikkim/Darjeeling/Kalimpong.
Day10. After the breakfast drive to Siliguri,
passing through lush green tea garden en route.
Siliguri is the gateway to North-Eastern Indian, and
the main transit point for visits to Darjeeling,
Sikkim, Bhutan, Eastern Nepal and Assam. After lunch
in Siliguri, drive to Darjeeling via the Mahananda
Wildlife sanctuary. O/N hotel in India.
